No company can ever clear up bashers questions - thats the point of asking ridiculous questions, ie whats the names of any customers when the company says it is not releasing the names of customers. These questions are folish and designed to be misleading.

If the questions are legitimate questions yes.

However, real saherholders will want to see the 10K. Anyone sidetracking from this is likely to be a basher. IMO.
