I would not count on some long protracted debate this time arround

we are in need of the good high paying jobs that would be created RIGHT NOW

as well as congress has 42 billion on its plate for desert

you really think that they are not going to gobble that money up ASAP

I sure do but they have to pass the bill first and I can not see them wanting to wait till next year to start spending that money

They probally already have it allocated
