Here's a start of some I was thinking of:

1) What happened to the BEHL SUV that was supposed to run on our own algae oil? It was mentioned with a specific time table to be displayed in August 2009, but nothing ever came into fruition and any/all requests for an update seemed to be ignored.

2) Is this recent merger announcement with RWE a different merger than what was previously announced back in September? We are the share structure details of this new merger? Is the old merger with the bonus shares and 10->1 shares of OTC:BB new merged symbol not going to happen anymore? If this merger is totally new, is Feb 2010 still the target date to have it wrapped up or is this going to be adjusted now? (basically as much information here would be grateful)

3) Have the negotiations with the Asian delegates/companies/etc ever been finalized? Did they fall through? Are negotiations still occurring?

4) Has construction began for the project being built in Nevada? As per an August PR, construction was to have started in October 2009 and the system would be up and running by January 2010.

5) Did anything ever happen with 'going after the shorts'? After the price per share took a drastic hit in early August, it was announced that some foul play went on by VERT and that action was going to be taken against them.

6) When do you expect the first full-scale PBR system with all the extraction tools and automated monitoring systems to be 100% operational?
