Why do longs care about OS and share structure?

M&M don't want anyone to know the OS. Longs defend that as a MOASS tactic. So why do longs try to determine the OS and share structure. They are trying to sabotage their own company! Knock it off! You do NOT want to know the OS until M&M want you to know it!
