Actually bobber, just looked back and i knew i was thinking it for some reason:

This was the merger news back in september:

Biocentric President, Dennis Fisher today commented," Biocentric has reached an agreement with a Nevada domiciled fully reporting company which will enable Biocentric to emerge as a fully reporting OTC Bulletin Board company.

So, this is a different merger being that RWE is not currently traded and is based in South Carolina.

My guess is that this merged company will takeover the BEHL shell which will be our 'added value' that everyone has gone back and forth on 42000 times.
