Don't be so hard on yourself, TVD. I personally think the PPS drop is caused by a guy I work with buying shares.

He's always grilling me on the latest news regarding NEOM and is always muttering "I should have bought some more shares..."

Whenever he breaks down and buys a few more the PPS immediately drops. So I'm going to hazard a guess that he bought some more this morning. I'll have to ask him when I get to work, today.
