Not sure if anybody has talked about this, but the sizzlin summer saturday that was postponed at first was eventually canceled.

I also finally received a call back from somebody in the company.

She (I think her name was melinda, we had a bad connection when she called back until I walked outside) said that instead they did a few "private events" for some of the people that had planned on attending.

I asked her about the R/S and why they didnt try to give out more advanced noticed. She said they have just been so busy and are just trying to get the company organized on paper where they want it in order to catch up with where they are sales, acquisition, and legal wise. The legal comment confused me so I asked her. She said they have had a lot of legal issues involving the Korean company. She said they werent bad legal things like lawsuits or anything just lots of red tape I guess that they are finally through.

I told her I thought what they had done in the past and what they were doing was criminal. I told her it took about 15 calls from me before somebody finally returned my calls. I explained I wasnt a shareholder but this was her chance to convince me why I should be one.

She asked if I would be able to come in and see the place and meet with her personally. I told her I couldnt. I asked her lots of questions about the facility and the people working there. It sounds nice and it sounds like they are properly staffed. It is open to the public and they do seem to have a nice collection. She said they were moving into primarily sports items.

I asked about the cowboys games and she said she couldnt give me details other than they are pleased. She told me to stay tuned for the next few weeks as they had some nice things coming up.

I asked if the 3rd Q filing would be on time and she said to her knowledge, yes and that they were disappointed they were late last time.

She wouldnt discuss revenues with me or the TA being gagged. I eventually had to go so I had to cut off the conversation. I think she would have continued answering questions as long as I would have asked. She was very polite and told me if I am ever in the neighborhood stop on by.

I think this company has shown a pattern of dilution and there is no reason to think that wont continue. It really shouldnt surprise anybody though I guess. I mean the economy sucks and they sell art. Not exactly prime conditions.

If anybody would like to get through to the company I can tell you that being belligerent worked quite well. I called and asked to speak to anybody that could answer investor questions. I immediately said afterward don't just put me on hold and pretend to ask somebody and then tell me they arent available. I am familiar with that routine. I want to talk to somebody. I have called a ton of times and I always leave my number and I never get a call back. I think that is unprofessional. He put me on hold and then came back and said somebody will call you back. I laughed and said I will hold my breath. I about fell over when they did call me back.

not much info I know, but just figured people would like to know that you can actually get a phone call back from somebody with the company.

GL and be careful with this one.

my posts are my opinion and should never be taken as investment advice.
