No such thing whatsoever. Vernon was paid for the promotion and it is in his disclosure. To my knowledge, he told nobody to sell their stock on Friday afternoon. The selling of the stock on Friday afternoon brought the PPS down. Whenever a promoter gets paid for the promotion in the form of stock, you have an entity that has prior knowledge of a forthcoming stock promotion. Here are "a million" stock promoters for you:
