Who said anything about 10 years?
The DEFICIT from THIS YEAR ALONE is 1.42 Trillion.
The DEBT is more than $11 Trillion (and this doesn't cover the looming SS crisis).
Get a freakin clue.
And once SS goes insolvent $3.5 Trillion over ten years wont even be a drop in the bucket.
