ChiNext - "left the exchange's stocks trading at around 100 times earnings. Good Grief, can anyone see a problem here?

Absolutely....now, I wonder, do the people in China, who were/are buying the ChiNext, have the ability to buy the .OB stocks? I have the impression that our exchanges are not generally open to them but I am not sure of that. Anyone know?
