Goldseeker, I am just curious why you feel the need (as well as your cohorts that mysteriously emerge after anything positive transpires) to continue disbelieving after the writing is clearly on the wall. The proxy just reassured investors that investors have enough trust in management and particularly in the technology to approve the IPO. It's time to concede. The checkered flag has been waived and you lost. There are no more tricks in the book left for you. Game over. The share price may fluctuate up and down till we hear more concrete news, but in the end the technology will win as will the shareholders. At this point the positives clearly outweigh the negatives.
