Just starting to research this company. Looking to take a position in this comapny at or around .0015 range.

It looks like they have two acquisitions lined up in the short term to add to their business model.

Im showing the O/S around 2.3B as of 8/13/09

In their Q2 2009 filing they show the public float around 179million which is reflective of the spread.

I guess the questions are:

1. Will the current acquisition targets add immediate revenue?

From the 2Q filing, it shows that Staff IS last year had over 3.6 million in sales and earnings of over 300k from its network infrastructure operations.

2. What revenues are being generated from North American market?
