It seems the project a go...if their London partner or financer is real....

Their original chinese finance group has held up this project for the last two years...Company had no reason to take 2.9 bil shares of restricted stock of the market if it wasn't a go....

Company still has two institutions holding who each bought 1 millions shares of CWRN and drove the stock from .0014 to .09 few month back before the dumping started....


Risk takers are coming in extremely early...
