why not work for the company? Because their is no pay? Instead of bashing, do something constructive. Offer your services for free? Why not? I dont ask for your w2 dont ask for mine. But bashing accomplishes nothing. If you were a shareholder you would want this to succeed. If not I still dont know why you waste your time here. And as chief said, they are not free shares.
