PVO x PPS = average dollar volume, currently with BSPM it is in the "lead balloon" phase.
We need a positive PVO and a rising PPS. You get such a bang for the buck, such as blowing air into a hot water bottle at a party until it explodes causing temporary partial deafness to everyone in the room.
