Good job Slevin for digging the facts. If anybody follows this board for some time, they get surprised because we see different views of the same persons as time changes.

Anyways, I am not getting caught in between MM's and some other posters here. Initially, I thought I will make quick money in this stock and move on....but the more information I gathered about this stock, I feel more confident now and not going to get panic on daily pps swings. I also understood, there is not much fun here for short term investors.

I was interacting with one investor through email who was confused on why the pps drops on every good news. I given him the reasons and suggested him to give a call to JD, if he has any specific questions. This is what he came back and replied:

I spoke to J.D. Brown (CEO) this morning. I asked him about the share retirement. He advised me that this is good for his company and the share holders should be better off in the long run. He said that it makes it a little harder to buy shares because there are less out there now, but not by much. There are about 992m. He said that this tightens up the company because there were so many shares. Also said that this stock is "pink" and there are variations he cannot account for because of MMs, but again, the company looks strong and the future is bright for the company. He asked me, how I learned of the company or if used the product. I told him that I am in need of cabinets (which I am) and that my Sister works at Lowes. We spoke for about 10minutes.

Anyway, I thought it might be some bullshit because, (Who wouldn't say their company isn't doing well, right??). He did say that I would probably find the cabinets cheaper by shopping somewhere else for my kitchen project, but I could still order them from his company. He also said that I should attend the shareholder's meeting in NC. I would like to go, but probably will not go -- living in MD and all...Anyways, he did seem credible and "honest". You can never be sure, but I liked talking to him and he did call me back after I left a message with the woman who answered the phone the first time (only 15 min). I have a pretty good feeling about this company and with what I learned so far(DD). I plan to hold my shares for at least a few years....

I hope this post does not get deleted. I am posting the info I have gathered and not pumping/bashing the stock.
