There have been several occasions when serious buyers show up and just clean up what ever is available. For a brief while, the bid was .4999 and the ask was .50.
I don't know any more than is disclosed in the financials and press releases, but from the way the stock has been trading, it looks like there is some pretty major accumulation before the stock moves to a higher level.
Why hasn't it moved with the amount of buying already in the stock? My guess is that some of the shares have been issued for services are simply being sold into the market. When these dry up, we will see movement to higher levels.
Among the catalysts for moving higher is the hoped for approval of the Seneca Catskills Casino project. From the 10K it sounds like this is focus of their efforts at this point. We've built a heaviweight management and directors with plenty of experience. Why all that if they don't have pretty good expectation of success down the road?
We shall see.
