Even Mr. Bartoszek acknowledges that the PUC will decide if the 20-year PSNH agreement will be permitted to stand.

“Councilor Cayer asked how the agreement with PSNH would affect rate payers. Mr. Bartoszek commented that it is subject to the approval of the PUC and their finding that it is fair to rate payers.”

Also, I wonder if Barry Needleman who was hired to represent Laidlaw through the EFSEC process is still involved? Didn’t they just announce another firm to do that?

“Barry Needleman, an environmental attorney with the firm of McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton is representing Laidlaw through the permitting process.”
