A very big point you appear to be overlooking is the TA is not gagged. Dean is doing this in the open and could have kept it hidden from everyone. Either you trust him to do what is right or you shouldn't be here, imo. Lisa Betros is the Executive VP, and she took on the prior management and got them removed for screwing over shareholders. She is also a very large shareholder with many family and friends also holding large. I find it hard to believe that Dean is doing any of this for nefarious reasons. In fact, I believe once the air is cleared, all will be very happy they held and will understand that what happened was NOT the typical Pink crap as so many fear.
