If that were the case then why hasn't the SEC made inquiries about their language in the PRs? If you know anything about the English language, there are several ways to use one word to make a point. "There", is just one example.

Lets see:

"There are 4 quarts in a gallon" or "Do you see what happened
to the market over there....."

Being fortunate enough to visit these locations I was never more made aware of the difficulties of learning English from the foreigners I've worked with. Well, it's just the way it is - not making excuses for anyone in particular. Even foreign translators are not always perfect. Having worked several times with a Japanese translator, it's an experience.
