Don't need a 10K to identify at least one customer and prove at least one of his PRs was true. Don't need a 10K to post the address of the alleged office building and prove *that* PR wasn't bogus. Don't need a 10K to prove their alleged product isn't vaporware. From available verifiable info, this company is all sizzle and no steak.
