I immediately remembered reading this.
ENVIROTEK is in the process of acquiring significant acreage for the construction and development of the joint facility.
I assume that will cost some money ... With the r/s that just happened .. I would expect some common stock will be sold.
I'm not saying the reverse split happened for that reason alone. but I believe it accurately answers the question you asked.
