ughhhhhhhh how many times do i have to say this... THERE IS NO DIVIDEND!!!!!!

it is plain and simple.. they were using the .02 as saying you were getting 2% of your shares you had with ARTI and transferring them into the NEW company ARTS... thats it... period!!!!
