That sentence represents my precise sentiment as to how Neom should move forward...a consortium play that would include representation from multiple key industries. This would provide Neom with all of the necessary knowledge and proficiencies they need to aggressively grow this monster.

The fact that a notable banking industry representative made direct reference to this IMO is significant. IMO it indicates a thought process currently exists along those lines.
