well, they said "the Company will purchase any fractional share resulting from the Reverse Split for the fair value of such fractional share (equal to the average of the closing price of a share of the Company’s common stock during the ten consecutive trading days ending on the Effective Date, multiplied by the applicable fraction)"

strange if they now pay for every fractional share, be it 1/24 or 23/24, 5.28. but why would that be useful for you?
