Maybe,I don't get it.EDEP is going to ask and get over open market price!The transfer agent and promoters don't get free stock for their time and services.Nice guys!And 504 shares will be sold into market and the price will do what?LOL,Can I call the transfer agent and visit with him?Remember this is going to be a fully reporting company by,Oh,last year!Wonder who said that?
