] They have sold roughly 60 million shares in one year.
] the shares were used to increase the revenue thru aquisitions.
] they are on target to show another great quarterly in November.
] There is a possibility that htey are selling some shares now
Dilluttion and sales of shares can be good and bad. I feel in the case of the amount of revenue they have added it was worth 60 million or so shares for roughly 70 million a year in revenue. That is one share per dollar of new revenue.
At this pace they should be starting to profit on the bottom line unless they do buy some other companies to take theat profit and increase revenue.
Most companies in america including the banks have added shares this year and they are showing as much as 50% down on revenue.
This company is very progressive in adding sales and Is not in no way a sham.
they are fully reporting and they have filed those reports with the SEC so they can not be a sham unless the SEC says so.
They are on the way up in price and the day flippers seem to be gone for now.
If you do buy in at this price it may by a great idea to sell half when it doubles on the next news. this increases your proffit in any stock that goes up well and also allows you to accumulate more shares in the long run. Also helps lower the cost average and the whining factor as In any stock that goes up they do come back down.

See the wave board for ideas on accumulating and keeping your capital.
