Better to look at it like this

you own 1 share of 60M now

later you will own 1 share of 1.2B fully diluted

look at it like a pie, your piece just got a lot smaller, but ideally this new management will bring something to the table that the present management hasn't.

The price per share may stay the same, go down, or go up, that's up to how the market percieves the deal.IMO
