Raymond, I am assuming your purchase of NEOM stock was around the date of your arrival on iHub. Did you have a plan when you made your purchase? If not, did you just expect it to go straight up? Is a penny stock investment part of your trading plan? These are just a couple of rhetorical questions, don't answer them here, it is just to get you thinking. A plan is appropriate before the purchase of any stock. If you didn't have a plan when you got in, that explains why are you are venting so much here. As Elliot has said, perhaps you have too many shares to be comfortable. Perhaps, if your trading plan says to, you should sell some shares on the next move up. JMHO.
