brigunn I highly suggest you buy the video "Name of the Rose" with Sean Connery. The era is 14 century Italy, the last dialog in the film will explain the need for "GOD", while ALL known books written at the time on the subject are.... well, buy the DVD, it's a cheep bit of education at $7.00.
