All naysers who think manipulation is not in place on EXPH... Here is what one of my investor buddy had experienced today...not sure if it is problem with this particular broker.

Today I called Charles Schwab to find out why my order wasn't filling at .0069 but others were filling at .0068.The lady I talked with said, pinksheet rules aren't the same as other markets and they are given the spread for running it. Also you don't don't have the entitlement to see bids and asks on pinksheets. She read off the bids and asks and said, MM were buying all these .0068 and the bid price hadn't fallen below .007 since 10 something oclock this morning,And as long as the established bid price doesn't fall below .007 your order won't fill. She went on and on and on about why pink sheets are bad and why she doesn't trade them.I expressed that other stocks besides penny stocks can be just as bad and named a few,but it seemed like MM were adjusting the market to buy lower for themselves every time I placed an order only to sell back to me higher. I do think confidence in the economy is a factor here.I feel the same about good news not pushing share prices up. For now I'm waiting for the next financials.
