IMHO---Cohen is preparing a new target price for VSPC. I believe this as VGE will increase our assets by 16 million dollars add to that any deals with Dragon Power and we should see an estimate in the .25 to .50 range. Long term I agree with many that a dollar is a given and three not out of the question. It may take three or four years to get there but many will become millionaires.
