The SEC Popped CKYS' Outside Counsel Today

It's in the litigation section of the SEC's website:

http://www.sec.gov

Grocock's the guy's name (bet he was given a hard time in junior high). Must not have had enough to pay disgorgements. Those were waived as was a fine. He did promise to behave himself, however.
