This will explode by mid December IMO, mm's are playing games, and will make a lot of $$$ on this. Think, if the company does not get this 20 million dollar contract, their credibility will faulter, and possible jail for some involved. Thats why I am very optomistic on the fact that its not a false statement, or they would not put it in every PR they put out. I believe they are excited, and want to let the shareholders know. I am loading the cheapies:) GLTA
