Another reason is because this is deja vu all over again.

Do yourself a favor and jump to post 6400 and start reading. You could also start around 2400 to see a pattern with this company and CEO. PRs, no follow up, promises unfulfilled, continued dilution after stating it wouldn't be happening. Rinse and repeat.

And I was wrong about the RS in January. It was actually 1 for 500, not 1 for 200 as stated previously.

Where did all that money go? Where is the North Carolina office?
