Reverse Split SEC Filing?

Did anyone read the new SEC filing today? I am confused, please help....

The filing states CN Dragon Corp is doing a 100 to 1 reverse split for shareholders on record as of 9/2/2009. What does that mean for anyone who purchased shares from 9/3/2009 to present?
