As Mark Twain once said " The reports of my demise have been greatly exaggerated". Eldorado is still kicking and trying to get traction in our efforts to get funding through our 504 offering. We have had several firms look at opening up accounts, for placement of 504 stock to sell, but in the end decided that a 504 in a PinkSheet company selling for under a dollar was more trouble than it was worth. We have now found a co-operating firm and have one account opened with 3 more to open today and tomorrow. As soon as I can get confirmation the accounts are active we will send the stock directly from the transfer agency. The week after the stock is cleared we can bring in the buying we have lined up. We can drill as soon as we have a few hundred thousand in the bank and we are off an running. Eldorado will rise from the ashes. Expect an announcement in the next week or so. Thanks for the continued support even tho it has been one disaster after another trying to get things done. The secret is not giving up and keep pursuing your goal of making EDEP a real producing company that grows every month.
