Here is where there are some major contradictions

firstly the company has known the results for weeks and yet
*They booked the largest booth at the upcoming melonoma cancer convention
*Officers of the company bought significant amts of shares
*Many new jobs listed on the website

The above 3 events are a direct contradiction to the news that has come out. Either something is very fishy here with intent to decieve or there is something else going on in the background
