Thx for getting back earlier, I didn't think the returned shares were already factored in but I guess it is possible.

Also, IMO I do not think Dilldo is involved, the new guy & Dilldo may have had previous relations in a past venture....., but at present I do not think they have anything to do w/ each other on a personal/business basis. Bad blood me thinks.

The new guy was probably turned on to EXBX by Dilldo but IMO that is as far as it goes.
