the problem is not the number of ppl they've hired...it's the amount of shares they give to Stock Promoters" who then dump them on to the market asap , because they need CASH to run the stock pumping businesses, and they don't want to hold on to shares that decline in value, once the pump is over. example JUNK has lost half of it's value since last week.... i think u get the picture
