I think LOI is a scam. One of the principlas behind the LLC is Cummins DO DD on him. I found commings was invovled with another pinksheet gold co now defunt. He was faced with lawsuit for fraud which he later prevailed but the whole thing smelled as it does now. THe LLC was created just four months ago. Cummins et.al on the LLC run some green toxic clean up company - has nothing to do with milling gold. I think they were all in cohoots and dumped on a pump then will do a reverse split in Nov as per their last sec. They don't have enough shares to convert. I bet the owners recent shares are NOT affected by r/s in which case increasing a/s next month makes sense. Well, i should have gotten out above .003 but held on too long. don't want to be a bag holder so i got out. if htey get their $1m by tomrrow it's egg on my face. GLTA.
