perhaps it's omen..ous, a good sign that

that SEC and the MRT are going according to their own schedules, and not the one(schedule) perceived as correct by the doubt and fear purveyors...

there are only two outcomes possible....yes, eegc moves forward, or no, they dont...all depends on how you view the world btwn your ears...
