CEO Hillard Herzog commented, "I am very excited about the acquisitions for which we are negotiating. We understand the investor interest in all of the projects. I know shareholders will be pleased by what we arrange in the coming days. Ultimately, we are not going to be able to update investors further until everything is finalized and all contracts are executed.
