I believe it says including rather than plus? which I believe makes it 13.25MM??? Per later post, any cash part of this trade (maybe a note for much later or irrevelant at this time as we have absolutely,, no cash) would only come after the gas wells make X amount of dollars per SEC filing. I have read it in entirety but cannot/will not try to repeat. It has a lot of info in 36? pages although nothing really concrete. Still it sheds more light than we have discuused so far,,IMO..D GLTA....Of course paying the debt with software money would be my wish..Some others probably have read filing also, please comment
