If not mistaken '97 you have upped your estimate slightly no worries. I will give everyone a look at there own estimates offered and give a little time to rethink if necessary.
It will be as current as I can but I want you all to be as realistic and honest with yourself as possible. Not saying don't be optimistic! Just please don't intentionally try and skew the results with unrealistic prices. Don't worry vits your still down for 2.something $5.23 MIGHT be a little stretch LOL!
