The price is holding, so if they are diluting which I have found most sub-pennies to do like their taking a pi$$, then at least it isn't tanking into the R/S zone. Why wouldn't they want to give their moms and uncles and neighbors and cousins a few hundred million or billion free shares if they can get away with it? Difference here is that this has a chance of getting off the ground as evidenced by frequent runs, pr'S and what appears to be a legitimate business with a legitimate product and patents. If they stop dilution Booyah! Especially when somebody spots an AC-11 product on an American shelf. Looks like most of the trades today were at the ask price of .0005. Not too shabby.
