Grandparents of those kids could have put shares in trust for those kids. Examine this fact:

Steven Yehuda Moskowitz does not Directly Own any shares whatsoever of Spongetech Delivery Systems Inc.

$50M (allegedly) in record breaking sales and this guy doesn't directly own shares. Think about it.
