nibud, are f'ing serious? Dude, this is split 1K to 1 as per OTCBB.

This means tha the company filed with NASDAQ/NASD, it was approved with/without comments, the transfer agent applied this corporate motion to the share structure and posted it to OTCBB.

Its a done deal dude.
