I'm waiting with you mpisa, I was even before the announcement and saw no reason to lock in a loss on the dump. We'll see what the opening price is tomorrow and I will say it is not automatically based on todays close... it could be but that is not automatic.

ENVT is the new symbol with a fresh start based on Audited financials thru 8/31/09 and updates on previous PRs with the strong possibility of fresh news in the pipeline as well.

If RS was supposed to happen 9/28 as some have implied then it could open @ $2.80 based on the close that day which was followed up with a PR...

...so we open tomorrow between .40 and 2.80 and pop or drop from there.

What's good is if this has the legs to stand up to 4.00 where the Big Bulls have the option to margin and bad if the company dilutes before we see some tangibles.

So far it has a great plan but with out some solid confirmation the RS will not benefit old shareholders or new ones for that matter which would merely benefit the company superficially for the short term IMO.

It remains to be seen weather this is good or bad but today pinky pessimism prevailed.
