Nice characterization of Dave. That's how people are , honest, direct, simple (in a good way), in Bakersfield - where Dave's from. I have met enough Kern county people to know they are among of the best in the world when it comes to helping others and working together to get things done.
Kudos to Dave, he did something about the situation. His effort resulted in a judgment against Calypso in Chancery Court. Richard added Dave to the BOD to avoid more severe and immediate legal hassles. That was beyond the call for any shareholder, but Dave was just getting warmed up.
Pretty soon we will get rid of Drago and his silly ideas for putting the patent in his pocket. Seems nobody's ever stood up to Drago and called him a bully before.

Where can CLYW go with real mgt.? I have made more money in stocks due to management changes (for the better) than any other single factor. I think management is the single most important investment criterion. Considering that CLYW has had the worst mgt. of any company I ever owned, maybe I will make the most money in % terms off this stock by seeing CLYW get straightened out.
